"The St Ives is a really family friendly hotel. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The kids entertainment was very good. If I had one critique it would be that the £9 charge for a kids meal is quite expensive for a two year old. Maybe under 5’s should eat for less? It didn’t spoil our break though. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. "

Only down fall from the stay was at 8.30am there was virtually no breakfast items left, except stale bread/pastries. Guess you better get up earlier if you want a full english! "

The spa wasn’t overly busy, and the rain stayed away long enough to really enjoy the outdoor jacuzzis and enjoy a nice cold beer. We stayed on the Aqua Thermal Journey overnight stay with dinner allowance. The food was delicious as you’d expect from a high standard hotel.
