“Lovely hotel”
We had a terrific holiday at this hotel. The views of the Tuscan hills surrounding it are stunning. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the local town of Volterra is beautiful and full of some great restaurants. I can't wait to go back.

Everything was just wonderful. Beautiful accomadations and subperb food.
“A Real Find”
We were so pleased with Park Hotel le Fonti. It was a great location and had a beautiful view with a lovely swimming pool. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and patient. Our room was clean and worked out well as we stayed there for 4 nights. We would highly recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, Rick Steves doesn't have it listed in his book. We intend to let his organization know that we thought the hotel was great!
“Would definately return”
lovely hotel, has excellent views, long uphill walk to Volterra but definately worth it, there are lots of nice places to eat in the town.
“Wonderful Hotel”
We stayed here in May for three nights and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The service and the Staff were exceptional. All front of house staff had fluent English and were very helpful in making this a very good holiday. The rooms were spacious and well furnished and very comfortable. The views over the pool and the surrounding Countryside were spectacular. The dining experience was also very good, the food was excellent and the Maitre D was really great at explaning the different Italian dishes and local specialities.
“Easy way to see Volterra and yet get away from it all”
Hotel sits on its own down the hill from the town. It is a good walk up to the town, not best to try it in the midday sun. However it is pleasant to be able to chill out away from the town and use the swimming pool and bar.

“Fantastic Fonti”
A very pleasant hotel in an excellent central location for Pisa, Sienna & Florence. Car absolutely essential. Excellent restuarant, pleasant public areas; worth paying extra for a room with fantastic views over pool to the south south. Volterra is a lovely 12th century town - only about 500 metres away - but up a 45 degree slope with some steps! The climb is not advisable for heart patients!
“good but some reservations”
When we arrived we were given the room key not shown to the room ! This room was not satisfactory overlooking the car park with with an unsightly wall only a shower .I returned to reception to complain was offered another room which was much better, bath and nice view overlooking the pool and countryside.no fuss or much of an apoligy !! A la cart Food was very good very big portions limited menue wine list again excellent bit pricey. We had a very nice stay and would recommend Park hotel le Fonti, Volterra was beautiful very central for visiting Florence Sienna and the coast im sure you wont be dissapointed . So despite 3 days of rain 2 of sunshine we enjoyed our stay !!
