“I wish I could have stayed longer.”
The overall experience was very nice. I had no problems at checkin or checking out. The staff was friendly and helpful. Can't beat it!
“Very Enjoyable Experience”
This hotel was perfect for anyone going to Pittsburgh for a sporting event. Comfortable room, free shuttle to and from game, happy hour in the lobby while waiting for shuttle, very large selection at continental breakfast. This hotel has continued my enjoyment of the Best Western chain. Everytime I stay with Best Western the hotel is clean, has courteous staff, a nice breakfast, free in room internet, and is close to attractions. When it is not close to attractions there has been a free shuttle. If I return to Pittsburgh, I will return to this hotel.
“Will be back!!!”
This hotel by far exceeded our expections! The room was great, nice and clean and the Bath and Body Works soaps and lotions were a nice suprise! The staff was more than friendly, and the shuttle that the hotel provided was excellent. We will be back to this hotel again!

We only stayed for 1 night, but the hotel was very clean and the people were very nice.
“incredibly helpful, friendly staff”
We had a great stay (two separate, overnight stays). We especially enjoyed the complimentary cocktails. The area is not that interesting but the shuttle service makes everything so easy. They had an arrangement to call for pick up with the airport shuttle also which made it a breeze. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We have no problems recommending this hotel despite the ongoing renovations that were occurring.

I only needed to stay for the night. They had the best price, so I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised since it was a nice place. Comfortable stay and had all the amenities. Met my needs and exceeded my expectations.
“Great Stay”
The hotel staff was extremly helpful and provided excellant service. Just wished we new ahead of time that we didn't need a rental car from the airport. The hotel has an excellant shuttle service and takes you everywhere you want to go. Including the airport. If you need a rental car there is a Dollar Rental office on the same premises. Very conveniant. We were there for a football game and the shuttle was perfect. Drops you off at Station Square and you can take the Party Boat across the river to both stadiums.

“Friendly staff, good service”
I enjoyed my stay. The room was basic, but clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I took advantage of the continental breakfast each morning, and the gym and pool. The best feature was the shuttle. It leaves the hotel every hour and can bring you anywhere downtown, or the airport. Give them a call, and they will pick you up again.
