"We like to stay at FlowSuites Polanco when visiting CDMX. As usual, we enjoyed our visit, the staff is really friendly and the room spacious. Our only comment is that this time the suites were booked and we took a regular room. It didn't have a view to the street, it was at the "back" of the hotel and no ventilation, it was extremely hot. The hotel doesn't have AC but it has never been a problem because the suites have proper ventilation through the windows, not in room 103. If you can't add AC...
