"Nice property. Good food options . Staff is friendly however we did run into two women upon check in who were not welcoming nor friendly. Also it was a hassle to get face towels the 1st couple days but eventually things started to get better and they were more consistent with the face towels . They clean the rooms VERY well and restock us with water and sodas . I dislike how they allow guest to wake up early in the morning to put their towels on pool chairs and leave for hours leaving no chairs...

"Beautiful Resort. I loved my stay, was here for 7 nights. The bed was super comfortable. We had a beautiful view. The only thing i personally I didn’t like was the bathroom. It was cleani and nice but a bit small. The shower was tight. And it had a rainfall shower head which I hate. But I would definitely stay here again. Was the most beautiful resort I ever been too. "

"Eagle Resort was amazing! We stayed the for 5 days/4 nights and we had a marvelous time. We were greeted by Altisha, one of the best receptionist's we have ever met. She was very informative and helpful upon arrival. Very close to the beach, 3 min walk. Also close to shopping stores and food locations. 5 stars!"

"Veranda rooms are outdated. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Pelican Terrace needs improvement in all areas. Seemed understaffed at times during my visits. Multiple times we had to wait exceeding long times for drinks. Difficulty with breakfast. Went to breakfast early one day as we had an 8am excursion. Terrace opened doors at 7am but nothing was attended until about 7:15. Scrambled eggs are inconsistent, One day too wet, the next to dry and inedible. I ordered eggs, "over easy"...

"The particular unit we stayed in could definitely use an upgrade, was definitely older. Loved the workers there they went above and beyond, made us feel like family. Love the ease of the properties. It was very big so you had to navigate, but overall, our day was very nice."

"Very beautiful Hotel. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Our choice was between the Marrirot and Rits Carlton which both are great hotels right next door in walking distance. We did not need a rental we used taxi which are always on stand by outside the hotel or wherever you go. We loved the beach and pool both was very peaceful and quiet live DJ at pool daily. "The rooms, overall service, and locations was amazing. The drinks and food (except for daily complimentary breakfast) was disappointing. For a resort you would want to ensure the drinks are great and timelines and dining experience is above average. But it wasn’t and we enjoyed spending time and money off resort. It is a perfect location for Efale beach and downtown or Palm Beach and all the north has to offer within a quick walk. The rooms and pool are excellent with great beach access. "

"The 1 out of 2 problems I have, there wasn’t a shuttle service, that would carry us from the airport to the hotel and back from the hotel to the airport for free of charge. We paying a good amount of money to stay there and no shuttle services. 2nd thing, the property taxes. Online it told me 1 price online but when I get to the hotel it’s another price, not cool. Also the concierge for transportation in your hotel. We paid for round trip tickets and then, they forgot come get us a hour later....
