"So glad we booked this place rather than a large hotel in the area that we were considering. The room was gorgeous with a big bath tub (we chose one of the big rooms). Check in was easy, staff were v friendly and accommodating despite looking after the restaurant too (special mention to Ashmi who waited on us a couple of times in the restaurant). "We had a lovely holiday in Poole, The Antelope Hotel is well placed for the quay, not the best for the older generation as there was a lot of stairs and no lift, I think the hotel needs an up grade, the staff were all lovely and friendly, and you could not fault the food, lovely garden, lively area,and they do allow dogs."

"Room was comfortable however the seagulls kept us awake every morning from 5am walking on the roof (Room5) There were a couple of examples where ingredients listed for food items on the menu were left out, proving to be a disappointment for some dishes. The gnocchi didn't have any chestnuts, The pancakes didn't have coconut yoghurt for example. More vegetarian options would have been welcomed."

"The Royal Bath is a very historic Hotel which retains it yester year glamour!! I love the Garden best so tranquil and calming!! And the Loungers !!The Lounge is elegant and relaxing!!! The pool is lovely and The Dining Room is charming!! It is great the Hotel is Dog friendly a real privilege !! I have booked again in September!! The Sculoture garden is very special and the views over the beach and the Bay!! The staff are helpfull and very professional!!!"
