"So glad we booked this place rather than a large hotel in the area that we were considering. The room was gorgeous with a big bath tub (we chose one of the big rooms). Check in was easy, staff were v friendly and accommodating despite looking after the restaurant too (special mention to Ashmi who waited on us a couple of times in the restaurant). "Lovely hotel and staff, the room was nice too. We stayed as an an anniversary party in the venue attached. Breakfast was lovely. Only criticism would be that the rooms were quite warm."

"We booked the Viewpoint at short notice and it didnt disappoint. Room was clean, tidy and very spacious. Host was very accommodating when we had a lot of traffic preventing us from getting there at the time we stated. Breakfast was wonderful and all in all, a very nice stay. I would definitely stay here again when in the area."

"Room was comfortable however the seagulls kept us awake every morning from 5am walking on the roof (Room5) There were a couple of examples where ingredients listed for food items on the menu were left out, proving to be a disappointment for some dishes. The gnocchi didn't have any chestnuts, The pancakes didn't have coconut yoghurt for example. More vegetarian options would have been welcomed."

"It adequately served our need - 2 nights in Poole. A second bed in the room made the room rather cramped with only one chair. On the plus side it meant that we had a ground floor room and so avoided the risk of my wife having to use the stairs in the event of the lift being unavailable. Breakfast was adequate and well presented. Easy access to bus station and shops. "
