“Great value and a Friendy Staff. Love the Breakfast Burritos!”

My wife and I always stop here when traveling from central Kentucky to visit family back in southwest Missouri. The staff are pleasant and the hotel is a great value. The breakfast buritos and other warm/hot items they put out are a great change of pace from what most hotels call a "breakfast". They just recently renovated the lobby to make a bigger breakfast seating area. It's still limited but decent for a hotel this size. We've stayed here on 4-5 trips now and just made reservation for this weekend's trip to visit family. A++

“Warm Welcome”

I go to Poplar Bluff a couple of times a year to see my grandchildren and I always stay at the Super 8. Everyone is so friendly and I always feel welcome. The rooms are clean, parking is good, continental breakfast is good and room rates are very reasonable. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, etc.

Nice recliner. Internet. On main drag. No elevator.

“We'll be going back”

My wife and I stay here twice a year, on our way to Arkansas, very nice motel for the money. They also have a good continental breakfast. Would recommend.

“Great Value”

My daughter and I spent two nights at this Super 8, and while I wouldn't classify it as "posh," we wern't paying for "posh." Very easy to find, and on a main highway. Noise was not a problem. Overall, I'd consider it a very good value, and would stay there again.

If you are looking for a cheap basic room for an overnight stay in Poplar Bluff, this is one choice. Nothing fancy, just adequate. Good location.

“Nice room, Poor breakfast”

The room was nice and clean for the price. The breakfast area is small for the early morning rush. It was very difficult to find a way to get the children fed without waiting for quite a while. People kept running into each other. The food left something to be desired.

“Could do Better”

There are no elevators so be prepared to carry all of your luggage up the stairs. We stayed in a smoking room which did no appear to be aired out between guest and reeked of stale smoke. The hotel ran out of clean towels so we had to wait until laundry was done to get towels. The staff was extreamly friendly and helpful,

My wife and I showed up for the Papa Roach and Shinedown show. We drove 300 miles one way for the show. Special instructions were we needed a refridgerator for my insulin. We mentioned this to Expedia as well as calling the Super 8 personally. Success, a refridgerator will be held for us we were told. When we checked in there were no refridgerators available. I was told by the manager I could leave my insulin in her fridge in the office. Yea right! Bed spreads were not clean. Looked and smelled as though someone had sex on the bed spreads. Table had spaggetti suace on it. Hotel is on the main drag and very close to the street and extremely noisy. The breakfast buffet was horrible! Cold omlettes to reheat or Raisin Bran & Cheerio's. We could not wait to leave!
