"My stay was ok. It was just a quick trip to Galveston with my girls. Check in was easy..rooms were ok for price. There was minimum cleaning done ( we cleaned ourself when we got there ) and our room said ocean view which was not accurate. The only view was the roof. Pool was gross, a sign was poted the second day saying you had to use the quality inn pool next door, and our door stuck so bad that it took 2 people to open in half the time. "I stayed with mom (60’s) and ny niece (16) felt safe. The employees were all amazing! Helpful tips of the area and so friendly. Room was lil run down. Door hard to open but trick for ours was to pull then simultaneously push and turn the knob. Sink/showers had rust but commode was new. Beds firm, so for me I liked! AC was cold and hot water for showers was amazing too! Loved the location, away from pleasure pier traffic. We went to beach by walking across the street there’s stairs to use....

"Never would have thought that’s what the inn looked like inside. I’ve always seen the inn when going to the waterpark or going to the other hotels nearby but never booked until now. The room was very spacious infact larger than some 4/5 star hotels . And my room was a very standard room no balcony no view absolutely nothing special about it and it was very spacious! Love that and that alone I would be back . There is renovations going on on the property but it’s not disclose UNTIL AFTER YOU...

"There is plenty of parking and they have a gate arm where you have to have a pass to get in. The property is very conveniently located next to many restaurants and the Strand. The room and the facility was clean and they were actually painting some of the hallways when we arrived. You can tell they try to keep the property up. We enjoyed our stay and will be back."
