Place was clean with nice views. The pool and swim up bar was clutch. Just one issue with staff on arrival they stated their internet was down and couldn’t give us our room. They only offered a refund but when I pushed back and stated I didn’t want a refund because we were from out of town they then checked us in. Other than that the food at the on site restaurant was good . Comfortable stay

Place was clean and refreshing. Rooms big and cool and the pool is nice. The staff friendly and other hotel guest were nice. Felt like being on a cruise on land. If you book here you’ll get a pool view but partial ocean view or just the ocean view. There are no rooms at the back of the building and that’s awesome. Everyone is facing the ocean

Great view; friendly staff; very clean. Only complaint would be only 1 very slow elevator for the entire hotel. Also the one night we were tired and were going to eat in the restaurant at the hotel they closed early without notice leaving us to scramble outside the hotel for food with a very tired toddler. Overall we had a very fun vacation.

The room was very dated and was small. The balcony was very hot to sit on when the air conditioning would turn on. We had breakfast in the restaurant in the lobby. They did not have much to choose from since the food was not being replenished for the cost it seemed very overpriced as was the room. I was charged a 200-dollar incidental fee which I have not seen taken off of my account. The location was good.

I paid a premium price for this hotel. The price was very comparable to the San Louis Galveston. The San Loui was booked up so decided to try this place out. Absolutely no comparison (other than price). The room was about the size of a large closet. With terrible view and sketchy location with not much security that I was aware of. Don't spend a 5 star price for a 2 star motel.
