“Wish there were more just like them”
The staff were vary freindly and helpfull, the rooms clean and quiet. I enjoyed my stay. I plan on being in the area alot in the next few months and I will use this hotel. I wish there were Heathmen Lodges in other places, I would stay there to. If you have a chagnce to stay here you should you wont regret it. I've told all my freinds and family so you know its got to be good. I will difinitely be staying there again.
“Just like Home”
I love this hotel. I am always treated very well and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. I feel safe, the beds are very comfortable and it is pleasing to the eye. Helpful friendly staff and when I wake up at 5 am for coffee, the front desk is always happy to make my coffee, even though they provide regular coffee in my room. You can't put a price on that!!
“Fun mini-vacation spot”
We really enjoyed our stay, the indoor pool and the restaurant were big bonuses for us. Nice proximity to the mall with other restaurant options, and close to the freeway without being so close we could hear the noise. My kids are already planning our return trip!
“swimming pool/spa problems”
My only complaint is that the swimming pool was filled with 16 small children under the age of 10. They were being supervised by 3 adults. They were not being bad, but they were noisy and splashing so much that there was no dry place to put our clothes. They were going strong at 9:30 p.m. on a Saturday night. We got in the hot tub, but left after a few minutes. When I asked the front desk about it they said the pool was open until 10 p.m. and there was no restriction on the children. I would recomnned an adult swim at 9 p.m. I am not making up the number of children!
“Lovely Log Cabin Type Hotel”
Front desk was very friendly. Nice clean pool. Comfy beds. fridge did not work though. Great breakfast on 4th floor with cozy room(leather couches, huge flatscreen, fireplace).
“Lovely NW Charm”
We stayed here one night on a family visit to the Vancouver area. The hotel was convenient to the freeway to get around, and only about a 3 minute drive to the nearby Vancouver Mall (where i was able to pick up a few items - not large enough for major shopping expedition). We had a king-size bed which was quite comfortable, and they wheeled in a roll away bed for our 5 year old daughter. Even with that bed, there was still plenty of room to move. Coffee maker is a Keurig, always a nice touch. Service was spectacular - they are really trying hard - we even received a thank you note from the hotel a few days after our return home. We had a very nice breakfast in Hudson's the next morning which completed a lovely stay. We will stay there again on our next visit to the area.
“peaceful”
It's like a country lodge, and very near the city of portland.
“I give Heathman Lodge 5 stars!”
Very friendly, curtious and clean. Awesome get away, awesome tasty menu too.
“Love The Heathman Lodge!”
I checked in late in the evening. When I got to my room, the room had 1 king bed rather than the 2 queen beds that I had booked. I went back to the front desk and they said they didn't have anything else. After further searching, they found another room and I waited approximately 40 minutes for them to make-up my room. The room wasn't ready for guests as they had just put new carpet into the room. Once I checked into the new room everything was wonderful! This is a great hotel with wonderful staff, a fantastic bar and restaurant, free internet, indoor pool and jacuzzi, and I won't stay anywhere else on my next trip! Loved it!
“Heathman Lodge is a relaxing, enjoyable place to stay.”
Heathman Lodge has a handsome wood lodge appearance, nice art, good restaurant, good beds, good ambiance. It was a great stay for the money, for sure.
