“the near”
Great time. Very relaxing. Quiet and peaceful. Close to food, shopping freeway. You name it, its there for your pleasure. we were there for soccer, and it was close to the field.
“Reliable, Efficent Lodging--Decent Breakfast”
Shilo Inns have proven to be a steady and reliable franchize for us to stay at. The motels have almost always been clean and efficiantly run. The free breakasts include make-it-yourself Belgian waffles and cold boiled eggs. I was pleased to find that a sugarless syrup was provided that was reasonably good tasting. This is important for anyone who is on a limited sugar diet. Rates are very affordable and for that affordable price you get a refrigerator and microwave in the room. These two items were absent from another chain which charged just as much. If you need a good place to stay and can't afford to have three or four stars, you wont do better than the Shilo Inns.
“Would go back.”
The front desk clerk was very courteous. She had someone ahead of me. She helped them quickly & gave me the ground floor room. The room was very nice. It was also quiet & relaxing. Just what my girls & i needed. We got to go swimming & went in the hot tub a little.
“Good deal!”
Good hotel if you're not wanting to stay right in the city (20ish minutes from Portland) and convenient since it's right off the freeway. Room was remodled and nice and clean. The pool was small but nice. Breakfast area was small but had many light options, including belgian waffles. Will stay again if in the area.
“Our home away from Home.”
We love to stay here when we come to visit my Dad in Salmon Creek. It's very clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast room, and the lobby is open 24/7 with coffee, tea and fresh baked cookies!
“great location and great indoor pool”
Great bargain for the location...close to Portland. The pool was a hit...we had it to ourselves most of the time. Not your shiny new hotel but clean and friendly.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The front desk is very helpful.
“Great Pool”
We loved the indoor pool. It was a great way to spend our afternoon. Our 2 yr old loved playing in the pool with us. Our only minor complaint is that we have had better breakfasts at other hotels. Overall the place is great and the location is convenient.
“Will stay at this shilo next trip”
The Rooms at this Shilo are all NON SMOKING rooms. This is important to me.
“Stay here for concerts at Clark County Amphitheater”
Overall, good place to stay. Maybe a little overpriced but we were there for a concert when hotels tend to increase prices. Comfy bed, good breakfast. Convenient location.
