Short Stay in Porto Alegre

This hotel was just what we needed. Comfortable and near the bus station. A little dated but definitely value for the price. Better wifi in the rooms would be my only suggestion. Thanks for the stay!

The apartment smells musty, is very dirty, and full of dust mites. The carpet is at least 20 years old, with many cigarette burns and glitter from countless carnivals. The bathroom smells musty, and the shower grout looks like it has never been cleaned.

Tuvimos problemas con las habitaciones al ingresar al hotel pero el personal lo soluciono rápidamente. Si bien el aire es un poco ruidoso para mí no fue un problema. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y el desayuno es súper completo! Siempre que pasamos por Porto Alegre nos quedamos aquí. Un punto extra es que queda cerca de la autopista!

A internet não funciona nos quartos, em pleno 2026 é inadmissível não ter Wi-Fi. Para trabalhar precisa ir até a recepção ou sair do hotel. O quarto era “arrumado” todos os dias, porém só a cama era feita e toalhas trocadas. O banheiro e o chão não eram limpos. O atendimento é bom.

Hotel fica num lugar estratégico da cidade, funcionários são muito prestativos, tem um estacionamento ao lado com o custo. Lado negativo da última estadia foi a internet simplesmente não existe. Se você precisa de internet para o trabalho, dependa apenas dos 5G, Wi-Fi do hotel não funciona direito.

Bom dia! Fui muito bem atendido por todos no hotel. Porem, havia um cheiro de mofo muito forte no apartamento e também o ar condicionando do(s) apartamento superior pingava diretamente no do ap que fiquei, causando barulho e desconforto. Achei o hotel com aspecto de decadência. No café da manhã, não tinha manteiga apesar de ter outras opções como nata e requeijão. Confesso que fiquei decepcionado pelo aspecto do hotel.

A equipe do hotel foi super simpática e atenciosa, porém o hotel precisa de algumas melhorias, o ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava direito e a chave da porta desmagnetizava toda vez que eu voltava ao quarto, os banheiros com cortina não da mais, é muito ruim, a localização é ótima, perto do aeroporto, metro e rodoviária interestadual, estacionamento não esta incluso, deve ser pago a parte.
