"Excellent hostel...... Staff is very co operative.... Nice experience "

"A weight bench a one set of dumbbells is not a gym. I couldn’t vouch for access to the pool, because there was no one at reception during my checkin, checkout or stay. The signs say male showers are on each level but they are either on alternate levels. The showers are adequate but annoying that you have to exit the shower to turn them on. Suggestions, perhaps a shelf in the capsule to put charging devices on, and a towel. I thought towels were standard with ‘bedding supplied’ accommodation now!"

"You get what you pay for. Beds have no privacy, blanket is incredibly thin, there's little to no sound isolation, and to be honest the rooms smell kind of bad. Lots of disrespectful backpacker-type tourists, many of whom don't respect the rules (including taking off shoes). "Does not feel like a relax hostel. Interior stairs & beds looks like prison. I Guess it’s only me who feels this way."

"First of, beware of catherine and aunties that will invade your privacy! When I arrived at my hostel, I am shocked by the amount of maids that was staying there as well (not that it matter) until the boss of these maids actually mistook me as one. And I arrived here early evening, being so tired I wish to have a quick nap without being disturbed. However, as I was sleeping, I was rudely woken up by this auntie asking me whether I am catherine or knew who catherine was. She didn't even say...

"The rooms are small and functionable. Fine for 1-2 person. They clean the rooms every few days so you have to be ok with that. There are shared fridges on the floor. Has a small pool and gym. There are common areas in the lobby where you can sit and work with convenient Starbucks dispenser machine and snacks for sale. Staff are friendly and relaxed, but not customer focused. There was a cleaner who was very hardworking, cleaning and dusting the lobby."

"Front desk service is excellent. They are very helpful and able to address any issues encountered promptly. The vicinity of the property is excellent as it is at the center of the financial district. Raffles Place MRT station is just beside the hotel, which connects you to multiple buildings and restaurants via underground passageways."

"Staff were great. In particular, our bags were delayed at the aiport. The staff made great suggestions on where to go shopping. They checked in with us via WhatsApp, and confirmed that the bags had arrived and arranged for them to be delivered to our room. Location is a little out of the downtown area, but has great nearby restaurants, and the MRT is quick and easy to use to get around. "
