Love the location of this hotel. MRT station and bus stop close by. Huge shopping mall with many restaurants within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I will stay here again.

Riso was amazing at the reception, she helped us check-in and check-out. She even made sure she woke us up as we had an early morning flight and she made sure our taxi was available and ready to go to take us to the airport. I would come back because Riso made us feel so welcomed and helped us to the best of her ability.

Great stay in a nicely renovated hotel. Lovely service from the staff, very attentive and always got a smile on their faces. The room was a little small, but was sufficient for a business traveler. Only improvement is signage - it was a bit hard to find. Perhaps a bigger sign indicating that the Hotel Lobby is on L2 will help. Will definitely come back next time.

The hotel is in excellent condition and the room is clean, well-maintained and well-equipped. There are plenty of dining options around, especial the "The Vista Star" mall. There are also plenty of local shops. The area is safe and quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is more suited for business travelers. The MRT tram/train and bus station is just two minutes walk.

I love this hotel! It's like staying in a luxury boutique hotel. The decor and furnishings are elegant and all of the rooms (I've stayed in a three offerings) are nicely appointed with beautiful large windows. The facilities are stunning with gardens incorporated throughout even in the pool and gym area. The location is wonderful also because it's close to 2 MRT lines, many buses stop right outside the front entrance, and it's walkable to the Star and ample shopping and dining options. But the best part of all is the staff and management at this hotel who are genuinely welcoming, take care to remember people, and give their best to provide excellent service.

Great hotel in Singapore

Staff were great. In particular, our bags were delayed at the aiport. The staff made great suggestions on where to go shopping. They checked in with us via WhatsApp, and confirmed that the bags had arrived and arranged for them to be delivered to our room. Location is a little out of the downtown area, but has great nearby restaurants, and the MRT is quick and easy to use to get around.

It is a new hotel. Room is clean and view outside the hotel is good. A weakness is the breakfast which is served at the restaurant at the lobby floor. Variety of food is not wide. No egg is served. Felt bored when having breakfast every morning. Taking breakfast outside the hotel is not convenient as it is quite around the property.
