“Rhode Island's Best Hotel!!!”

This is the future for hotels - I have never stayed at such a well-designed and beautifully appointed hotel! Modern luxury in a converted warehouse. The restaurant was SUPERB - modern, fresh food, great service. However the restaurant / bar area is extremely loud so if you are looking for a quiet night this is not the place for you to eat. But we stayed on the fourth floor and could not hear a thing once we were back in our room.

“One of the best hotels in which I have ever stayed.”

If you are tired of the humdrum McHotel experience, you ought to try out this one. The feeling is upbeat and modern- sort of like SoHo meets Europe. The room is modern, well decorated, and mine overlooked a beautiful canal and waterfall. Everything is top-notch- I will certainly stay there again in the future.

“NYLO hotel”

I stayed at the NYLO after a job interview in Providence. My husband and I only stayed one night but could have stayed a week! The room was great. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have been in, in my life. My husband was trying to find out where to buy one on the NYLO website. Very modern, urban, and cool feel. The people at the front desk were very friendly and accomodating. I couldn't believe that we got a room as nice as this one for the price basically of a budget hotel. The only thing that I really noticed could be better would be the restaraunt in the hotel and the fact that there is no room service. There wasn't much of a selection on the menu, it was difficult to hold a conversation because of the amount of background noise, and our waitress was too attentive(too many interruptions and started taking food away before asking if we were finished). I am looking for an excuse to go to Providence/Warwich area again so I can stay at NYLO. Next time, I will probably go out to a different restaraunt or bring my own food.

“Very impressive.”

We did not expect such a nice hotel for the money. This hotel was different from any other we stayed at. The decor was awesome, the staff friendly and the bed very comfortable. It is hard to describe, you have to spend the night and experience the atmosphere. We were very impressed.

“Cool hotel, great food, no closets”

This hotel is such a surprise, especially given its location: out of the way, renovated warehouse across from a mall. But it is a little gem. The food is excellent in the restaurant. My only negative comment is there was no place in the room to hang anything up, which could be a problem if you're traveling on business and need to look crisp the next day. However, that said, I and my fellow travelers would definitely stay again!

“Best hotel experience”

We were absolutely amazed when we arrived in our room. The room was beautiful , cozy and extremely clean. The room service was also great and quick. I would definitely recommend this hotel for any short or long stay.

“great place”

the room and staff was great..top notch... if your young and want a boutique hotel this is the place..best bed and pillow I ever slept on..nothing much around Warwick but the bar downstairs was alot of fun..10 out of 10..
