“Good Hotel with Great Location”

If your cruising this hotel is the perfect location. You look right out your window and see the cruise boats parked across the street. It was a super clean room and comfortable beds. My only negatives were that you were only able to check in at 3:00 pm which is a HUGE inconvenience for a cruiser whether your coming or going out due to the luggage. They do let you leave the luggage at the hotel but I just like knowing my valuables are ina room in my possesion. the front desk clerk was a little quick and bothered that we asked quiestions. Other than that the location was great. Close to downtown shopping, dining , casinos and other entertaining facilities. I would stay there again.

“Comfortable hotel in a good location”

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was helpful. They offered to hold our luggage for us after we checked out so we could walk around for awhile before our transfer. Location was good close to the pier and shopping. Checking in and out went quickly. Fitness center was clean and equipment was in good working order. Pool is on the roof, it is small and there was not much sun exposure when we were out there

“Great location”

“Sleeping on clouds”

Great experience all around. The best for us was the exquisite comfort of the beds. We flew the red-eye out of Seattle. The rooms were not only fresh smelling, but to our delight, the beds felt like we were sleeping on clouds. Great food, great prices for drinks, and very solititous staff made our stay near perfect. thank you! We plan to visit again in February 2008.

“Beautiful place, great location!”

This hotel is smack in the middle of beautiful, historic Old San Juan. Self guided walking tours are so easy using this as a starting point. The spot is gorgeous, across the street from a pier on the water. There is a rooftop hotel with stunning views over the city. I highly recommend it. I would like to see their check in time made earlier. It was something like 5pm, which was a pain for us. They did, however, hold our luggage for us until we could get in the room. So, we arrived at about 3:30pm and couldn't get in until 5. It is pricey, so I think the room should have been ready. BUT, worth the wait. Pop over to the Hard Rock Cafe in Old San Juan for a quick meal and it's about a 4 block walk. Fun place, perfect setting. The old historic part of San Juan is amazing.....

“Great location for cruise”

The hotel was nice, enjoyed breakfast buffet. Perfect location for getting on cruise ship & fun sightseeing for old San Juan!
