To begin with, the staff right off the bat didn’t seem like they were that helpful. No one explained us anything or showed us where anything was. They just handed us a map and told us to find our way. They never showed us the restaurants or told us the timings. They sent us to our room saying our luggage was there but we had to wait 45 min for our luggage to show. We had a 6 month old baby with us and I had to change her clothes which were in that luggage. The hotel room itself smelled like mold. It was dusty and had rust on the sink and tub. The toilet seat was broken. Literally anything we touched (the flush, the cabinet, etc) would break or fall apart. The biggest issue we had was the food. The food was tasteless and if you are vegetarian or vegan, forget about it. There’s no options for non meat eaters. Some nights we didn’t even eat dinner because there was no option. The food at the buffet would be cold and stale, they barely restocked items. So first come first serve. Oh and they lie about water sports because the whole time we were there, there was no water sports and no one even told us the spot we could find it. Also, the entertainment sucked, most days we were so bored and nothing to do besides be in the pool or go to the beach.
