My overall experience was good. The property is beautiful but the rooms are dated. We had issue with the main lighting going out on our final night in our room. Also had an issue with the elevators going down on our second day. We were on the fourth floor and had to climb four flights of stairs for two days. We were exhausted at the end of the day. When we informed the front desk of these inconveniences when we checked out, all they had to say was “thanks for letting us know”……no apology or compensation for the in convenience. That was a little disappointing. Overall we had a good experience in spite of. The restaurant choices were good. Food was good. The staff was so nice especially in the restaurants we dined in.

Excellent beach and pools. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are great. Currently remodeling some rooms. Food is hit or miss as they are trying to imitate the United States. But you dont really go for the food but unlimited drinks. Will go again.

This property is very nice, the pool is wonderfull, the beach very good, the staff is super friendly and ready to cover your needs at any time. All areas are keeped super clean. The jacuzzi inside the room is a big plus, but the room are a bit dated and you can see it in tha faucets, shower and electric outlets. We were a big group ( 10 rooms) some its were better than other. Over all we have a good time.

We felt the property could have been cleaner mostly when it came to our room, the showers were not great and the rooms didn't smell the best. Nothing that would keep me from staying again, but I do feel they could do a lot better. The shared/public areas were very clean and nothing noticeable that could have been better. Also we requested a king bed and upon arrival had been given a room with 2 full beds pushed together and there was no way to sleep near the middle of the bed-we did request a room change after the 1st night. Be ready to do a lot of walking, either you will walk along way to the beach or to most dining options depending on the location of your room. The food was good and the buffet had a lot of options. The steakhouse and Japanese were the best dinner places!
