"My husband and i stayed here for 5 days, and we had a wonderful time! From Rosa at the front desk who took care of us and made sure we had a beautiful room with a stunning view to Junior the pool concierge who had our cabanas ready every morning and checked on us. Danny at The Reef made sure the drinks kept flowing and Wander kept us inform of all the activities. We had a beautiful time! Everyone was attentive, and made sure we enjoyed our vacation. "

"Overall the property is nice. The entertainment is mid grade. The spa was great. Food was decent. Hotel does have a slight mop water smell in the hallway of the rooms lobby smells great, our wash cloths weren’t replaced until the final day and the shower drained needed cleaning. If the shower ran too long it over flowed into the bathroom area. I love the flip flops and beach bags they give you. Overall not terrible for the price but wouldn’t stay here again."

The beach is a quick few minute ride with a shuttle and the beach bar and area is great as well. Oscar makes a great mojito! The buffet and El Olivo had very tasty food and good service.
