Sixth time staying at a Majestic resort. As always, the stay was very pleasant. Clean room, beautiful pools, plenty of food options What more could you ask for? Marisol in the breakfast buffet was a ray of sunshine in the morning.

We had a wonderful time at Majestic Colonial. The grounds and rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating and the food was great. The room was a little dated but it did not impact our positive experience.

Common areas were clean and well maintained, but felt our room and specifically the shower could have been cleaner. The food at the French and Teppanyaki restaurant were very good, the rest of the food was decent. Staff was great all around.

We had an amazing experience at this all-inclusive hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The resort was well maintained, with relaxing pool and beach areas and fun daily activities. Overall, a stress-free and enjoyable stay—we would definitely return and recommend it to others

Facilities need updating for sure, but not a deal breaker... staff was great (99% of them), buffet was good but the restaurants could be a little better. Entertainment team did a good job.

Absoutely amazing from every aspect. Rooms perfect service awesome right down to the servers meowing like cats if you have been here you know what i mean. hilarious. Pool cant be beat. Ocean and sand amamzing

Check in wasn’t great, couldn’t understand staff, room and fridge extremely warm, 1st 24 hours were rough The next 7 days were much better and we enjoyed the weather, our room was clean every day, however, our fridge wasn’t stocked, as promised, the food was plentiful, room service was wonderful, aside from cold food a few times, everyone at the resort was kind. The appearance outdoors was very well kept and pool water was always clean. Majestic is a beautiful resort, we are happy with our stay

We had a problem with our first room and they moved us with no problems. The resort is great and can’t wait for next year to see the up grades they make.the staff is excellent from maintenance, cleaning staff Bar tenders, servers, etc
