“Can't wait to go back”
Staff was superfriendly, very pleasant to talk to made checking in and out a breeze. Very helpful and attentive. Building was in great condition inside and out. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast had a decent variety. My 5 yr. old son had a waffle made in an available griddle which was very good. Indoor pool was excellent temp. room had undersea decor painted on walls (very cute) perfect size for kids. Blinds may have dressed the pool room windows up a bit. Room was very clean, very nice decor and bedding. Expedia said there would be a fridge and microwave, which was a minor disappointment. Wonderful people! Fantastic place to stay!
“Basic but OK”
Hotel is simple 3-story brick block, central hallway with rooms either side & small indoor pool at the end. Nothing in any way extraordinary about it, but room was clean and beds comfortable. Included breakfast was pretty good - fresh waffles you could make yourself, plus cold cereal, yogurt, the usual. Location, though close to highway exit, was quiet. Good value for the price.
“Cold reception”
We arrived at hotel late afternoon of a hot day and walked into a refrigerator. The air was set at the max cool and the room was icy. This has happened before and I can't understand why they would leave the room so cold. We had to turn on the heat in order to be comfortable. It was a nice room and that was our only complaint. Of note, it is not the easiest place to get to. Some kind of direction on their website would help.
“overall okay”
Mild odor in roomas if it used to be a smoking room. Window air conditioner. Hotel has been updated , but it does not have the comforts of a new hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast offered in the morning.
