"Ocean view two queen bed was really spectacular . The view of Atlantic Ocean is beautiful and really blue-green . It was a relaxing room. The breakfast Buffet which was my choice of inclusive dining, was so abundant , delicious , they had a la carte, tacos , championados , etc in which we never had in Los Angeles US . And to experience an authentic Eastern Mexican delicacy ( breakfast food ) is a rarity and an enjoyment for my whole family . And the restaurant was so close to the ocean that you can Feel the Breeze and calm wind of the ocean on a beautiful morning. It just completes your day , at that moment. I love Birria ! The food was so good. The staff are so helpful , they immediately replaced my fridge when I found out, it was not cooling enough. So responsive , I like that! Also , I booked my Xcaret and Xplor excursions right at the hotel, you don’t need to do it in advance one week before , I booked my excursions , that morning , the day before and the following day, they were booked .Then I did Fuego Xplor , then the next day , Xcaret ! Overall , the hotel Is recommendable . Also , there is a CANCUN sigh near hotel shoreline, I like that. The hotel has so many swimming pools ! The hotel is so clean and pleasant ! Overall ! I recommend it to every vacationer out there. We Love Emporio!"

"I like that they have club member adult site and family site separately so i was able to have quite time. The room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful ocean view. The beach was goergease and there were much fewer seaweed than I expected so i enjoyed staying at beach most of time. There are many restaurant choices. I couldn't go to all the restaurants during my 5 night 6 days stay, but my favorite was DOMO. Domo is a must go restaurant. Over all staffs are well trained and have professional attitude especially excellence club site.One of the things I like about this hotel is that they don't try to sell time shire stuff. I don't understand how some hotels ruin guests' mood from beginning. I had a comfortable stay from beginning to end. This hotel made me feel want to go back."

"Friendly staff, always something to do and something going on, the restaurants were great. The buffet got a little repetitive after a few days, but that's typical with any buffet. The resort was very clean, you always saw someone cleaning something. Definitely would return!"
