"The hotel was very nice and clean. We decided not to do the all inclusive option, and it worked out great. The food was not that great at the hotel, but we were able to get food from near by restaurants. The city bus was a dollar and it took us straight to the restaurants about a mile away. Plus there is a convenience store right at the entrance of the hotel for food and snacks. "

"The hotel is still brand new so there is certain sections that were not completed but it was not an issue. It still a beautiful place. Favorite parts was the rooftop pool and bar as well as the spa. The bartenders were amazing and friendly. The ladies at the spa were great as well"

"We stayed at Dreams Natura on April 23-26 as a family with our toddler. We had a great time throughout our stay. Check-in: We were offered the ocean view as a VIP. They mentioned something about resort cash/coupon included with the VIP but it was all so unclear. It took a while for them to bring us to our room because there was a lack of communication between the staff. Room: We were in the 5th floor with an ocean view. We loved that it was right next to the elevator. They could not give us...

"Standard, but enjoyable resort. Restaurants were generally pretty decent. I personally preferred Picante the most. The “club” was fun, but I felt as though the days closer to the weekend were generally more fun and engaging in terms of entertainment. Overall a good place to stay with excellent staff and service. "Overall good stay. The beds are not comfortable. Food choices should be improved. There should be plentiful tacos, quesadillas, nachos etc readily available. The catamaran team never lets you have the boat and is not very friendly. "

"Great location, great pool and beach. Huge rooms. Food on the beach great! The rest of the food had great flavors, but was often served lukewarm. Amazing staff, rooms huge. Playa Norte beach was a short walk for the afternoon. The whole island felt safe, and great local flavors!"
