Overall, my stay at the Kempinski was exceptional. The service, ambiance, and attention to detail truly stood out. The only minor drawback was the pillows, which could have been more comfortable. However, the hotel did offer alternative pillows upon request, so it wasn’t a major issue. I would still highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding quality and experience.

The staff are truly exceptional, warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. The level of service across the board is what keeps me coming back. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the high standards you'd expect from the Kempinski brand. Breakfast was a highlight with great variety, excellent quality, and a wonderful way to start each day.
