Great snorkeling! Great dive shop and easy access to dive boats! Very attentive staff and service far exceeding other resorts! And they have Dos Equis! Most resorts in Cozumel don’t offer it! Spacious rooms with great AC! We will definitely return !!

The hotel’s location and beach are exceptional. The staff’s efforts to address our concerns were commendable. However, the property’s age and the need for repairs are notable drawbacks. Three out of four rooms were unsatisfactory, necessitating a relocation to upgraded accommodations. The dining experience was average, contrasting with the exceptional quality of food at other Secret locations. While we are considering returning to Cozumel for its pristine beaches, we would not choose to stay at this establishment again.

Secrets Aura Cozumel was the perfect romantic escape. The Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean Front Plunge Pool King was absolutely worth it—waking up to panoramic ocean views and having our own private plunge pool just steps from the beach was unreal. The romantic dinner on the pier was the highlight of the trip—beautifully set, incredibly peaceful, and the service was flawless. Throughout the entire resort, the staff was consistently warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, adults-only getaway with unforgettable moments.

Great being an adults only resort paired with being able ot go to the other two adjoining resorts to eat and explore. the property is kind of dull, no real color outside of the dull orange on the walls. the pools look old, nothing special at all. the first room they put us in, there were dead bugs on the bed and just bugs flying throughout the room. moths, roaches, all of them. they switched our room for us and the newer one was way nicer, but the view was just the dull pool. everyone was kind but i dont know about cozumel.

Had a great time at the property enjoyed our vacation. The only complaint that I really have is that some of the restaurants were closed most days that we were there that had the best food and that it was very loud with the carts, pushing around the area at night, but would highly recommend. We did have a few ants in our room.
