"My 9-night reservation was made 2-3"days before my scheduledarrival. I notified the property that I would arrive around 12:30 p.m. after an international flight; nobody replied. On arrival, I learned the property is a condo plaza with different administrators. There was nowhere to leave luggage, and the administrator initially did not respond through Hotels.com.
