"The sliding doors don’t lock and don’t have a curtain so everyone can see in and eve. Walk in if they want. There is no TV, no blanket only sheet. They advertise a kitchen. There is literally nothing to cook with except a microwave. No plates, bowls, spoons or forks. I expected a stove or at least stove top based on the description they supply. "Casa Mar was absolutely beautiful. My wife and I celebrated our 20 year anniversary with a week away and we would definitely do it again. An added perk we didn’t even realize until arriving was that this house is associated with the Awa hotel brand and you get all the perks of the hotel that is within a 5 minute walk. We loved everything about the experience. Manuel and Maria took great care of us as well!"

"The friendliness and consideration of ALL the staff,made our stay special.They suggested the upgrades and food discounts without us prompting and were always attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean and well appointed and felt luxurious, if you step out make sure to have mosquito spray! The grounds are better than the photos,the beach was great for me but very quite this end of the island. A short bumpy taxi ride will put you in the town in 10 minutes and costs around $12.00. Overall our stay was great and relaxing."
