Hot tub was not operational, and there was not toilet seat on one of the toilets. Manager said owner was shipping one from US, but never arrived. No daily housekeeping, refrigerator did not get or stay cold. And taxis we arranged for pick up to leave, never arrived. We were allotted one towel per person, and had to ask to get them changed out. "Great place to enjoy Holbox. Helpful friendly staff throughout. Very close to the beach with its own sun beds. Two pools. It was clean and relaxing. About 10 minute walk to the town centre, so you can be there if you want, but easily escape."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The grounds and beaches are absolutely beautiful. They kept the rooms immaculate and the breakfast buffet had many choices. We were so impressed with how many different staff they had there doing everything ~ repairs, landscaping, wait staff, concierge, pool, bartenders, etc. Very accommodating and friendly! The only drawback was one of their pools was under construction 🚧/ maintenance but they had another beautiful one in the back. We were there off season so it was pleasant and not crowded. Really enjoyable time! They also helped us book taxis and tours. Gracias!🙏"
