"The property needs some repairs and updates. The bathroom faucets leaked, so did the shower. Pigeons poop gathered on the sidewalk outside our small porch after a rain, along with debris from their nest. The room is ample, beds are comfortable and the shower has abundant hot water. The property is located across the street from a beautiful beach. The staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast at he restaurant is very good. It is near to a host of popular shops and restaurants so very convenient."

"WOWWW… I would give this place 10 starts if I could! We were blown away by the beautiful views, the delicious food and the phenomenal service. From the moment we got to the dock, it was absolutely amazing. The catamaran ride was so relaxing and beautiful. Our butlers, ERICK & EDGAR were AMAZING. So attentive & so helpful. They made the whole trip go by so smoothly. Showed us around the resort and booking/canceling reservations. They were there for anything we needed. Alicia & Janita at the spa gave us amazing massages. One of the best massages of our lives & we get them often. Isaac was so fun!! He was there during the night time events like karaoke night and the fire show & he was just so fun and nice. Honestly, everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful. We truly felt like royalty. They went above and beyond to make sure we were having an amazing time. Renting a golf cart is a MUST. The south point of the island is stunnning! Pay the $8 to go down for a closer look. We went downtown too and ate at Lola Valentina— amazing! As far as food goes, UNIK was our favorite. Their breakfast is delicious and for dinner we loved their beef filet, short ribs and their soups! The cacao coffee shop was great as well. We got the ocean view signature room. It was beautiful! The AC actually worked very well unlike most hotels/resorts where it’s either too cold or too hot. The beds were so comfy & I’m very picky about that. This resort has set the bar very high for future travel!"

"This place photographs beautifully, but sadly, it's built next to an open-air dump and the smell is so terrible it gave me a crippling migraine within hours. We had to leave after the first night, losing the money we paid for a week's stay, which the hotel refused to refund despite knowing perfectly well what the issue is. Expedia was no help either. Save your vacation and for god's sake, avoid this place! "
