This has been one of the greatest all inclusive me. And my lady has ever been the effort of the staff. This is undeniable, the hospitality exquisite, i'm thoroughly impressed with the food environment, and ambiance. Each bar was its own fun. Each bartender was its own personality. I couldn't recommend this resort more.

We had an amazing stay from start to finish. The staff were friendly and attentive, and our butler truly went above and beyond. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and the beach access was perfect. The food and drinks were excellent, and we really enjoyed the entertainment—it added a fun touch to the experience. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely return!

We have stayed at this location many times in the past and felt it was a five star experience. Unfortunately, this visit we felt the food quality had slipped a little. The service, staff and pool were exceptional but the food wasn’t as good. Also, we preferred the old way of setting up reservations.

The staff like no other Lobby Mirador "May" at the bar is the Best Monserrat and Danian makes the team amazing. The Food is the best . Went to the restaurants and the bufette hands down is better . More variety warmer and the Chefs will show you how to ccompliment your dish to make the experin e unforgetable. Very clean.. the shows are top notch!
