"Felt like a city in the resort. Lots of activity options for the late evenings or rainy days (bowling, theater, coffee shop). Lots of different seating areas. Big resort for pleasant walking path. Shuttle frequently comes around if you're not up for the walk. Beach wasn't enjoyable at all this trip. Lots of seaweed to the point you couldn't go into the ocean and it smelled. They tried to maintenance it but was way to much. Restaurant options were good. A few needed to be booked but lots were walk-ins."

"Maintenance is always working. Staff are always cleaning the sidewalks to make sure there are no leaves in the area. Staff is very polite and are great! "

"Our stay was great. The room was clean. We stayed in 802, we had partial view of ocean. Housekeeping was great. All the staff were very nice and helpful. I have a sea food allergy, they always told me what to stay away from or ensure to cook my dish separately. The nightly entertainment was great. Loved that activities are planned past 9pm. The night time foam party was so much fun. The day time pool parties are fun. The staff were so much fun, especially Ken. He is so funny and kept everyone involved. Aqua fitness was my favorite. The food was ok. But that's what I normally expect from a resort. Some things were better than others. My husband loved the rack of Lamb and the steaks at the buffet. I loved how the chilaquiles were made fresh per order and don't let them sit there to get soggy. In all we had a great time, we will definitely return. "
