"The resort has a lot of potential but lacks guest service. Workers were not very helpful and did not go above and beyond. Oftentimes, when a problem or question arose, you would be sent to someone else. It was also very difficult to book dinners on the app, however the buffet had plenty of food. Overall, average service with potential to be good! "

"Grounds are awesome, plenty of wildlife and pools. Food is ok, you won’t go hungry. My only complaint is that in the room showers the water doesn’t regulate well, temperature changes from cold to hot, extra hot then medium to cold."

"The staff were great and very friendly and helpful,everything was excellent. The only real drawback is the beach is a bit of a disappointment and maybe more activities for younger kids. Overall very happy with our decision to go there and will be back"

"This is an incredible resort for kids. So many fun things for them to do. We booked solely for the water park and my kids played on it for 20 minutes the first day then didn’t touch it again. The slides are slow so it’s more work than it’s worth for them. We didn’t do the kids club, but the kids club staff have an event for kids in the main square everyday. I would make sure your trip includes at least one Saturday. The square is a real party that night - all the vendors show up and it’s like a mini Mexican market.
