"I had a Junior Suite. The beach view was nice. Air conditioner worked well. Room was very clean, staff was great. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the shower head sprayed everywhere except in a straight line. The bathroom floor was soaked every time I got a shower because there was no door or curtain. Otherwise, the location was great, right near the beach and 5th Ave."

"Location is great but it would help more if they put up a sign on front of the building. AC worked the whole time I was there. Very poor signal at times it's all for WiFi. Pool very small nothing to do with the pictures they advertised and the water in the pool very dirty. The beach you can't go in due to the sea weed the pool would of been great except it was dirty no where to sit only two lounge chairs. And they were used by ppl that just want to be in the sun. Every time I said something to the ppl at front desk they just kind a like.... will let maintenance know, cus there was nothing they could do at the time. Overall I did not enjoy at all the stay at this hotel, location is great that's why I give two stars. But I was very disappointing the staff at front are only young girls that doesn't seem to care... It's like it is what it is! The cleaning lady was more friendlier and attentive than the rest of the staff. Look somewhere else, I would not stay here again. "
