"The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t very impressed with the food as there was not variety but it was tasty. The director, Mr Carrasco was very friendly and Juan at the front desk."

"Valentin was a little slice of paradise. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and courteous and personable. The food was excellent in all the restaurants, and the service incredible. Room service was fabulous! The only issue we had was that we are very self-service oriented and this is a full-service resort. The only way to pick up a snack and carry it back to your room is to get a sandwich in the coffee shop. We are used to carrying around a refillable water bottle, but there was no place to fill a personal water bottle except sometimes at the activity pool. It's hard to slow down and have someone serve you when you are not used to it. The main evening shows in the theater were enjoyable, but mostly average. Don't plan your days around them but enjoy them if you don't have other plans. The outdoor entertainment in the Plaza Espana was more enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend and return without question."

"Room was nice but had to get hottub cleaned.. it was gross. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful..a few just kinda ignored you or pointed you away . The breakfast buffet was decent on both resorts, but the room service and snack options were just not it. Beach bar was closed when we went. There is no full body mirror anywhere except the elevator that didn’t work the first night on the resort but was eventually fixed"
