"Our room was clean and beautiful. There are things about the hotel that are dated but overall it was clean, the hotel staff was super helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the food. This is a smaller hotel than we are used to staying in which felt weird at first but we ended up making friends that we will have for a lifetime. We will definitely be back!"

"Our stay at Hyatt Vivid was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The shows and nightlife were amazing, the staff was consistently attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. We also treated ourselves to a spa day, and paying the extra cost was absolutely worth it. The only downside happened on our last day. We paid for an additional hour of late checkout, placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, and expected to have that time to ourselves. Unfortunately, housekeeping knocked on our door three separate times asking if we had checked out. On the third visit, we only had about five minutes left before our scheduled departure. I was in the middle of changing when housekeeping knocked again and then walked into the room after my wife had already told them I was changing. They began cleaning before we had even left, which felt like an invasion of our privacy and put an unnecessary damper on an otherwise wonderful stay. Overall, we truly enjoyed our vacation and would absolutely recommend Hyatt Vivid. Aside from the checkout experience, everything else—from the service and entertainment to the food and amenities—made for an unforgettable trip."

"Our first time at the Valentin and it did not disappoint. We had a swim up suite and the room was amazing. Huge bathroom and shower. The bar staff at the pool were all great and very attentive. We saw the famous iguana, Kevin, and he’s quite impressive. Beautiful grounds, lots of wildlife and birds. Food was great. It is a little difficult to find the concierge sometimes to make a reservation for the Hibachi restaurant but we just showed up one night and had no problem getting a seat. The spa was really nice, we had a really nice couple’s massage. We also had a beautiful beach dinner on our last night. It was a great vacation and we would definitely go back again."
