Hotel and stores do not tell you that if you charge to the room you get a different exchange rate instead of the $20 pesos per US dollar that’s posted in the shops. Bed comfort was good. Overall room and amenities in the room were excellent. They think of everything! "

"This property was amazing! It was immaculately manicured and staff was so kind and helpful. Room was beautiful and they even had 4 pillow choices. Ac worked great and despite high humidity room still smelled fresh. Absolutely everything was included without hidden charges. Long Hyatt club sales pitch but not a bad deal if you travel a lot. Not much night life but if you are looking for the quiet couples time and a beautiful place to read your book, this is the place. We enjoyed all the restaurants but our favorite was Hymatsu. Whether you ordered ala cart or hibachi some of the best Asian food we have had. Best sushi we have had in a long time. Loved that you did not need reservations. Highly recommend!"
