"This hotel was spectacular! Centrally located, 1-2 blocks from 5th Ave & 10th Ave, the hospitality was top tier, all inclusive, room service at 1am, upgraded to a king suite with a balcony overlooking the ocean! Request corner rooms 2234 or 2334 u will not be disappointed!! the restaurants were good, I was pleasantly suprised bu the buffet! Breakfast lunch & Dinner was all fresh fruit seafood, veggies, anything you want. Restaurant hostess Miriam remember our rooms ans the restaurant wait staff Sergio remembered our food allergies! As soon as I sat down an empty glass, Lucas or Demetrio were right there waiting to refill it. We didnt have to ask for ANYTHING while here. Even saw a few staff in the city after their shift & they were just as polite in public as they were at the Resort. I had such a good time that I dont even want to try another hotel! The beds and pillows were the most comfortable that Ive ever slept on! "

"We LOVED our vacation at Xcaret Arte Resort. From the moment you arrive at the airport you have a shuttle pick you up and take you to the hotel where you will be welcomed with a moist towel, a treat and ice cream popsicle. And that fragrance in the lobby! It smells so good. Every area of the hotel has its own distinct fragrance. The All Inclusive Package was just that, all inclusive. Down to your toothbrush and slippers. The Xcaret parks are so beautiful! We visited three plus the Chichen Itza pyramids. All of this plus transportation to the parks is included in your package. It is pricey but well worth it for what it included. We would definitely take this trip again."

"Stuff was amazing. Cleaning lady was amazing but we didn’t get the concept- rocky beach. Super huge territory- you have to order the golf car to get anywhere there. Outdated restaurant (but great food), outdated everything really. Super cold pool. Unless you have access to the beach club pool that is actually heated- good luck swimming in their main pool. Prices for food were even more expensive than in the US! Lunch for 5 ppl- $260. Dinner - $370 Try not to go bankrupt there just on food. We will not be coming back there "

"It’s getting older. Can see wear And tear. Did seem like the coati’s were better than previous visits. Didn’t seem to have many pool waitresses this visit. "

"Our stay at the Ocean Riviera Paradise was great! The resort itself was well maintained, and I liked the feel and set up of the place. The staff was great, and the dining experiences were good. I would say what made our trip exceptional was our butler Alan! He definitely went above and beyond! Any requests that we had he took care of, and always just checking in to make sure we were always ok. That was greatly appreciated so definitely special shout out to Alan!"

"Gorgeous resort. Lots of walking. The shuttle was amazing! Beautiful pools. Wonderful swim up room! Plentiful buffet but specialty restaurants were ok. Lobby Bar was the best!!"
