"Really enjoyed the stay. The staff were all friendly and fantastic. House keeping kept the rooms in perfect condition. The good was good, though some of the items tended to dry out, being out on the trays. Mostly the meat. I loved the various cakes, treats and ice cream available for a dessert. The property wasn't very crowded, lots of space at the buffet, bars, pools, beach. We enjoyed looking at the various animals on the property, checking out the shops. My only gripe was the bellhops not showing up on time on my checkout day. Fearing missing the shuttle, we ended up walking the whole way to the front from our room with all our luggage. I wasn't very pleased with that."

"Secrets Maroma is A . The beach and water is stunning, amazing sand even in the ocean with no rocks or coral. The food was excellent and the service was amazing, we did tip, but even when we didn't, we still got great service. The food is amazing, best food at 5 hotel we have stayed yet on the Mayan. Night entertainment was great, the event teams put alot of effort into the details and there is a wide range of entertainment. Overall, we will def return, do not hesitate to stay here, you won't be disappointed. "
