"J'ai eu un séjour d'une semaine à l'hôtel Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen, dont j'ai tout aimé. Les installations sont très propres et les employés très aimables. L'hôtel est bien situé (à quelques minutes de marche de l'ADO, du parc Los Fundadores, de la Quinta avenida et de la plage las mamitas et pas très éloignés de sites touristiques tels que les ruines de Tulum ou le parc Xcaret)."

"Very nice, quiet location. This Secrets did not have the party atmosphere the last I visited did, which made it more enjoyable. We went to relax, do things at our own pace and enjoy our time off - mission accomplished. My only complaint was the check in - the AmStar staff member was very pushy trying to get us to sign up for excursions and even though we were preferred - we did NOT receive a preferred check-in. We had to learn from other guest what amenities were available to Preferred guest. In the end - I don't think the Preferred was worth the extra money - the main benefit was Top Shelf liquors - so if that matters to you, then go for it."

"This resort is perfect for couples, it’s an all-inclusive adult only and fit the theme. The ground floor are well maintained, very clean, beautiful and refreshing. The location is secluded near nature with private beach. My hubby and I had an amazing time using all the amenities, we visited all the restaurants, participated in most of the activities from aquatic, to riffle shooting and the night shows. They offered great selection and variety of food at the buffet restaurant. One of the fun parts of our stay was interaction with the entertainment team, big shout out to Pablo who made effort to remember our names right away. We would love to return again and make this our annual anniversary spot."

"We went as a group of 9. (40 yo). Every single one of us were super impressed with Moxche! And all of us have stayed in the area before. This was by far my favourite resort. There was not one bad bite of food! I recommend getting the Preferred Club. We loved having that breakfast option and used the rooftop infinity often! Worth it. To me. My only poor mark would be regarding no A/C in the elevators and hallways of the main and other building (not impressions- apparently they DID have A/C). Also the elevators were very small. So during a busy check out time - Good luck. We went in late July though so… it was just very hot over all. :) Staff was top notch. Pools were fun!! Lagoon area is very chill! We loved it. Oh and the speakeasy style club was amazing!"

"Très bien situé ( près du Walmart et de la 5eme) La gare d'autobus est a un coin de rue si vous voulez prendre le bus de l'aeroport si j'avais su c'est ce que j'aurai fait... Hôtel excellent rapport qualité prix, les suites sont bien équipées même mieux que certains rbnb que j'ai loués. La piscine sur le toit un gros plus. L'entretien ménager A-1... Franchement un score presque parfait si on ne s'attend pas à un service de congiergerie à la porte."
