The hotel is right on the beach and a block away from shopping and dining options. The resort itself offers a large selection of food and drinks for you to choose from with some of the friendliest staff. The pools are very nice and all the views are beautiful. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting to stay at an all inclusive in cancun.

My room was well stocked I choose a swim up which was beautiful. For my birthday friendly gentleman named Jesus that helped me with my bags to my room organized my scream birthday cake and they painted the mirror with ghost face. He had help from another worker but dint get to meet that person but i am truly grateful thank you for the amazing birthday and experience.

From the moment I arrived at Devossion by Live Aqua, I was completely impressed. The resort was spotless, everything from the rooms to the pools and common areas was beautifully maintained and sparkling clean. The food was amazing! Every meal was full of flavor and beautifully presented, whether it was a casual bite or a fine dining experience. The spa was pure relaxation, a true highlight of my trip. Huge shoutout to David and Angie at the spa for making my experience so rejuvenating and memorable. I also want to give special thanks to Augusto at the grill and Raul at La Cocina, their service and hospitality were top notch. In fact, every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. This resort has everything you could ask for. From cleanliness, luxury, incredible food, and genuinely caring staff. I’m already planning my next visit. Devossion by Live Aqua is truly a place I’ll revisit again!

I want to be totally fair in this review so here it goes. This is a new facility that was recently sold to Live Aqua earlier this year. The staff is loyal and dedicated and they are the ones that made this experience above average. The walkup appeal of the place is off the charts cool. From the lobby you see a terrace that stretches 100 yards towards to the beach. The breeze and view of the ocean is incredible. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The Cabana was excellent, and the waiters were top notch. Pro Ranking from 1-10: Beach 9 Staff 10 Wings and fries 9 Club Sandwich 9 Room Service 9 Cons Rankings 1-10: Food 6 (Goat Sucks! There is too much goat milk, cheese, and products.... More Cow Please!) Dining 5 (Limited options, strange buffet, food was undercooked, room service was a better option) The City 5 (You need to keep your pimp hand strong in this area of Mexico, the vendors will eat you alive if you don't stand your ground) Finally the trip was $2500 for 2 people, direct flights and 5 days. For the price it was bang for the buck. Watch out for ice it can make you sick as hell, God only knows when the filter is ever changed. Do room service only, stick to basics as mentioned above. My Final overall rank is an 8 based on price, and the staff that really cares about their facility.

I had a pleasant stay at Devossion by Live Aqua Playa del Carmen. The room was spacious with a beautiful oceanfront view, and the room service was excellent, available multiple times a day, including in-room dining. The beach was lovely, though there was some seaweed during the last couple of days; the staff did a great job cleaning it each morning. It’s worth noting that the beach isn’t private, as it’s public by law. There were a few downsides: there was a constant sound of running water coming from upstairs, and nearby construction could be heard at times. The resort also seemed a bit understaffed. Although there are four restaurant options, we often had to wait 20–30 minutes for a table and another 45 minutes to an hour for food. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, with the exception of one person, Ms. America. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I wish I had taken more pictures instead of videos, but there is so much to capture. The grounds, the room absolutely beautiful- the location was fabulous. One block from 5th avenue where you will find the walk of the town. The restaurants had the best food that I have had in Mexico. I didn't have enough time there to try everything but the Italian restaurant was so good that I just kept going back. The grill was phenomenal as well. The breakfast nook was great, they were preparing me personally crafted and incredibly tasty meals. But the staff were not only some of the friendliest people I've ever met, but they helped me with absolutely everything. I could hug Manuel for bringing me cool towels when I was dying from the heat. Aylin and Guillermo and Jese put everything aside and helped me with my transportation when I couldn't get a confirmation. But that is just the tip of the iceberg, the managers and supervisors and servers made my vacation. I look forward to going back. So many great people there, even though I was travelling alone, I always had someone to talk to. But I will never forget the staff... Everyone of them, the bell boys, the front desk, the waiters, even the security were amazing and more than happy to help me with my spanish. I am going back, even if it's just for another fabulous meal and another Spanish lesson. 5 stars all around.

La habitación estaba muy bonita, la comida en los restaurantes estaba bastante rica, aunque esperaría que en una siguiente visita tuvieran más variedad, me comentaron que recién habían había re abierto el lugar, pero en general fue una gran experiencia en cuanto a precio calidad, quede satisfecho con la inversión que hice.

Me encantó el hotel, aparte de que sus instalaciones son preciosas, el servicio fue de lujo, desde nuestra llegada la atención fue increíble, nos ayudaron con una propuesta de matrimonio y wow toda la logística. Solo hubo el detallito que algunos huéspedes no respetaron la hora de salida de la alberca y ahí fue la pedida de mano. Sin duda regresaré pronto! La ubicación también está ideal porque tienes playa y la 5a avenida y las tiendas están muy accesible caminando.
