Staff was amazing and very helpful. Kids loved the hotel. I recommend booking reservations for the restaurants, food was 100x better than the buffet. The buffet was good too but the restaurants were a hit.

This was an excellent kid friendly resort. Rooms were clean and updated, pools were not overcrowded and staff are amazing. Food and drinks are delicious. Only comment around the food is more kid options. We will be coming back!

Everything was great! Our room was clean and the entire staff was so nice and respectful. Our Family Concierge, Adrian was super helpful and knowledgeable from helping us plan the cenote excursion to making dinner reservations. Even without it, there were so many options and activities throughout the day. We would definitely go back!

Wonderful staff. Room cleaned beautifully everyday. Quality food and drinks! The facility itself was so clean and relaxing. Such a beautiful atmosphere. Beyond accommodating for families. The waterpark seriously just adds so much fun for them. We have 3 boys so it was above and beyond for us!! Food was delicious and fresh. I honestly have nothing bad to say. This is my 5th time here and I absolutely love it every time I come here. We were in family concierge this past visit and Veronica was our concierge. She is the sweetest and the most patient. We were a group of 9 total ( 5 kids 4 adults). Great everything. No complaints at all. I will be returning soon.

Paradisus for us embodied the term resort. While you're there, you want for nothing. From drinks, to great food. A show every evening, though it does get repeated after a week, so if your stay is longer you will get repeat shows.
