After coming from an underwhelming all inclusive, our stay here was a breath of fresh air. Everything is new, clean, and nicely updated. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The pool is clean and stays open until 10 PM, which was a nice bonus. There are also plenty of clean towels available, and you never have to bargain or beg for fresh ones! Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back and recommend this place to others.

Room was impeccable, staff very friendly, bed and linens cozy, and the rooftop poo was a haven. Fri and Sat night music from the bar across the street was VERY loud but stopped at midnight—bring your earplugs and a vacation attitude and you’ll live being in the thick of it in lively Playa del Carmen, one block from beautiful Playa Mamitas beach, and in easy reach of everything you need. Bonus—Trattoria del Centro is just up the street and has the best Italian food and atmosphere in town!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a great location—close to most tour shuttle pickup points (within a 5-minute walk) while still being quiet. The room was spacious. The rooftop pool is a nice bonus, the breakfast was good, and the dining staff were friendly. There are a few areas that need improvement. Check-in was very slow. We waited about 30 minutes, and although the front desk staff knew we had been waiting, they helped guests who cut in line first. We were almost late for our tour. The hotel flyer mentioned a grab-and-go breakfast for early tours, but when we asked about it, we were simply told to buy an energy bar from the snack shop. We also booked for a family of three, but the room was prepared with only one set of towels. Additional towels were delivered after we requested but no hand towels were provided. Overall, this is a comfortable hotel with an excellent location, but the front desk service could be improved.

This was a perfect hotel for our family. It was close to the beach and 1 block away from 5 Ave. Everything we needed was close by. And the rooftop pool on the property was amazing. Not large but perfect for us with sea views. But the best part?? The staff. They have the best people: Ricardo in the parking, Yoan and Alma at the front desk, Ricardo and Sandi in the restaurant. They were the best. We will back at this property again and again. Thanks for everything!!!

this is a brand new hotel, everything are in mind condition.. beautiful space beautiful decor and very simple and minimalistic .. hotel is in a great location 1 block from 5th ave and 1 block from the ocean and the famous mamitas beach club.. staff was excellent , breakfast was good with some good choices .. pool is on the roof and has amazing views .. this is a small hotel maybe 30 rooms but exactly what you need if you are visiting g playa del carmen..

This hotel is very new and is going through its growing moments which we see as an opportunity. We have loved our stay - the beds are actual queen which we appreciate. Love the rooftop pool. The rooms are so spacious and big and modern. The people truly make this place wonderful. Can’t wait to see them do well and grow. We will certainly be back
