"Within 24 hrs of my stay, I had to call housekeeping to clean the toilet bc there was a poop stain and the AC unit was spewing dust bc they had just cleaned it. There was a bug in the bathroom and the there was still another stain on the toilet. They are an old hotel and the staff are overwhelmed ..."

"The room was really clean but the first morning they started doing construction in one of the rooms at6:30 am. It was just one day but it was annoying. We had breakfast at Luxor and it was delicious. I did some shopping and staff at the stores were great. I didn’t like the non contact checking in ..."

"Our bathroom had a non-functioning outlet. The shower temperature was either blazing hot or freezing and the control had a long dangling screw on the right side control rather than a handle lever like the other side. Could use attention"
