The room was clean and fairly modern. It was a 5+ minute walk and elevator ride from reception to my room, which was too long. Breakfast options were very limited and overcrowded. There was almost no staff to be found.

The room were budget friendly and clean but we had issues with checking in with their automated system and found a mix of support from the staff, the people behind the counters we friendly and helpful but getting into the line up or help with the machines was very frustrating. We spent 11/2 to go through both the check in and check out process. Partially because of the big line ups.

Check was difficult. I had to use kiosk that failed to get me checked in. The line for the front desk started with two people and then 1 person when I was next. The room had no fridge, no cups to drink water in the bathroom with and I was out of bodywash in the shower the whole time. I had paid for parking for my whole stay and I got stuck in the parking garage,. My key would not let me out. Housekeeping was nice. The bed was comfortable. View was nice.

Clean rooms was good. The hardware and sink need an upgrade - the sink drain needed Draino or something - drained was poor. The breakfast was good at the Pyramid Point restaurant. Plenty of casinos available- I would have liked if there was no smoking allowed - smelled.

The check-in was really easy using the app. The property does show wear and tear. However, the experience and the staff are excellent. We had requested an another blow dryer as ours wasn’t functioning right. And they brought it right up. The only suggestion I would make is that dogs not be allowed because there was dog feces on the hallway of the Hotel! The staff cleaned it up as quick as possible however terrible owners I stepped in it and it was disgusting.

The room waa very clean and nice. The food at Pyramid cafe was awesome and the Luxor steak house had some of the best steak I have ever had. The spa was amazing! Service at one of the bars was rough... female bar tender was kind of rude. Some of the dealers lack enthusiasm and were just bad vibes at the roulette tables.. other than that the stay was awesome.

They had overbooked the hotel. There were three of us and only one king size bed available. They gave us a rollaway which arrived at 2:30 in the morning after many phone calls. No pillow. They said they were out of pillows. Lightbulb in the bathroom was out. Not enough towels no extra blankets. No amenities in the bathroom. No little soaps, hair conditioner, etc. Hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken off. Shower was so slippery. All of us almost fell. Had to put a towel down. Would never stay there again. Hotel rooms are very old and elevators. Look like they’re falling apart.

Stayed in the Luxor because it was close to Allegiant Stadium. The bridge to walk there gets closed off to cars so that was great! The check-in process was a breeze on the tablet. We didn’t have to stand in a long line to check in and we got there around 9am and our room was ready for us!! The room itself could use some refurbishing though. Just little dings like wear and tear. The shower didn’t drain well so you’re standing in a puddle. The beds and pillows were comfortable! We didn’t really get a chance to use the pool or eat at the Luxor because had other things booked at other locations. I would stay here again

Casono and sports book are great and I'm not a gambler. The check-in is perhaps the worst I have ever experienced and that's saying alot- I'm 55 and travel for work. Just terrible. Only other complaint was that the base of my toilet leaked and the kitchen faucet handle was broken. This made the bathroom seem old and cheap. Wi-fi also not the best at times. Great location for Uber and the strip though.

Cafe was good. The staff was rude when it came to the check in process which does not leave a good first impression. The place is a little run down but still comfortable and being in walking distance to the stadium was a huge plus.
