Stayed at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino for two nights for a conference picked it mainly for the convenient location. First impression: strong smoke smell throughout the property. Not great. Front desk staff? Excellent. The woman who checked me in was warm, welcoming, and a highlight of the stay. The room, unfortunately, didn’t match that energy. Beds were sunken, the tub was dirty, and overall the place feels very outdated. Great staff, but the property needs a serious refresh to live up to their service.

My son and I had an absolute blast during our stay in Vegas. TI was a big part of that. It's an affordable hotel, in proximity to everything, and has all the basics. My son thought it was luxurious, so I'll take it. Navigating the hotel was pretty easy. We really enjoyed the Cirque du Soleil show at the hotel. You have to walk through the casino to get to the pool and it's only open until 5. The room was quiet, comfortable. I was really wanting a view of the sphere, but the strip view was great! The only thing we'd like to see improved is the sign on the building for the show. A lot of parts of the sign are peeling off. The room next to us had a piece constantly flapping in the wind, and coming over to our window. I can only imagine what it was like from their side. That would be aggravating. So I hope they refresh or take down the ad for the Mystere show. It is an older hotel, but that's exactly what I knew I was getting and what I wanted. The last time I came to Vegas I stayed at the Tropicana, so that's kinda what I like to do anyway. My son and I are already planning our next trip back.

TI was nice clean hotel. The only downfall we did not have any towels when we checked in. When I asked housekeeping they said call in the morning because they ran out. The next day towels were brought to the room.

Great location on the strip. Super convenient things wihtin 1 block: starbucks, walgreens, margarita bar to get your day started. The hotel rooms were clean and nice with great views. Check in and check out were easy and the staff was very helpful. Great deal for a reasonable price. I would absolutely stay here again. The pool was clean and big with plenty of chairs and lounges. Our only complaint was that the pool closes at 5- we thought it really should stay open until 7 at least.
