Never had a bad stay at Treasure Island. Great room, views, pool, food & games.

Literally waited for over an hour to check in at 11pm. They had 2 people working for 40+ people in line and 1 of the 2 was clearly inept. Shout out to Jennifer, she was on the beach head checking in 99% of the guests and went boss mode to get it done. The crowd started cheering for her and clapping each time someone was checked in. Meanwhile the other guy was a deer in the headlights and got maybe 3 people checked-in inside an hour.

Fair price for hotel condition. The rooms are kind of old and the ac room during summer is the worst we even change floors and the other room was the same (hot). We had an incident were someone went in our room and stole our cash money. We did a claim and call the police but nothing resolved yet. I didn’t see any cameras on hallways so i dont know how are they going to investigate. We were trying to save money staying on the strip and it went worse. Other than that good location.
