Clean, refurbished room. Had a mini fridge (not a mini bar) to keep cold stuff in. But contactless kiosks for checking in and making your own keys. They did allow us early check in without extra payment which was convenient. When a slot machine malfunctioned, it was difficult to find an attendant; took 20 minutes or more.

I thought the location at the end of the Strip was perfect because it wasn't heavily congested and felt much more relaxed. Having a view of the Big Apple Coaster was awesome—I loved being able to watch the ride while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The property is conveniently located next to Michelob ULTRA Arena and T-Mobile Arena, which was a huge plus.I especially loved having a room with a window view that allowed me to take in the sights of the city. Overall, the atmosphere felt welcoming and family-friendly while still offering a great experience for adults, especially at night.The only downside was the food. While there were multiple dining options available, the meals weren't as flavorful as I had hoped. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning.

Mobile check-in and check-out made things easier. The room was clean, but the bathroom floor wasn't. For a "newly" renovated resort room, it needs another renovation; the lighting is bad, the hot water sink faucet handle was falling off, and when we opened the blinds for light, the windows and surrounding area were dusty and looked moldy, which wasn't a pleasant sight. Also, Johnny Rockets being closed was a huge bummer.

There was a self check-in option that was easy to figure out and I was in my room within minutes. The computer gave me all of the information I needed, so while others waited I was unpacking. The pool area was well maintained and although it was busy it didn’t feel cramped. It was a quick walk to the arena and plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. Bathroom was a bit dated but clean.

The hotel is clean but older and needs updates. I know people smoke in casinos in Vegas, but some hvac systems are better than others. In Excalibur it definitely smells smoky. But the room was very clean, the pool was beautiful, and we loved Dicks restaurant!

My overall experience is positive. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are relatively clean, though old. Older casino and hotel. It shows. They used to have courtesy chargers for EVs. But now they're all broken.
