For the price of the hotel the rooms were big and clean. Dated for sure but they have the most comfortable beds. The beds deserve 5 stars alone. I lived the smaller hotel for convenience. The hardest part was checking in everything is done at a kios including getting your entry key. Other than that plenty of money to do other things because the hotel stay is very affordable.

Room is dimly lit even after all lights are turned on. The shower drain is clogged. Just turning on the shower immediately starts to flood. Room space is good though. Spacious and comfortable. Pillow and bed are comfortable. Power plug is loose at the desk. Which is more important than the other plugs.

All of the staff we talked to were so kind and very helpful! Our room could’ve had more amenities though. The bathroom sink faucet wasn’t tighten all the way so every time we turned the water on, it would spray water everywhere. There wasn’t any mini fridge to keep drinks cold or any coffee maker to give us access to hot water for our snacks. We stayed 4 days, 3 nights and housekeeping only cleaned our room once out of the whole stay and when I tried to call housekeeping to ask if someone can come clean our room, I was on hold for awhile and no on answered.

The room was a bit old with rusted bathroom light fixtures but it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I am low tech so the check in and out with the automated system took me a little more time than most but I could see how it would be quicker when I got used to it. You even activated your own room keys.

Clean room and spacious for our family of 4! The hotel itself was in the center of the strip and it was a great experience since we brought our kids with us. The kids enjoyed the hotel since it was castle theme. The Tournament of Kings was worth the $ and a great family dinner + show.
