I spent two nights, They placed new towels and fixed your bed. I didn’t like the toilet water pump noise, the wallpaper by the headboard pilled off. No fridge/microwave in the room. There wasn’t a “Do Not Disturb” sign. Overall, the room rate is reasonable for both Friday and Saturday nights. I didn’t like when the Expedia charges the package rate and then you still have to pay amenities fees up front when you check in.

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with an awesome shower. Parking and housekeeping are not included and it is inexpensive so if you want them, you pay. The one thing that struck me was how unhelpful many of the staff were- as if they resented being asked to lend assistance. The check-in process was a tad overwhelming but we figured it out!

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the property, inside or out. The problem for me was how impersonal the whole atmosphere was, which started as soon as we opened the door. I went to front desk to register and was directed to the computers to register myself. Then to make things worse, after I finally got registered on your computers or kiosks, whatever you want to call them, I was then directed to wait for a text to tell me what my room number would be. The last straw was when it directed me to make my own key so that I could get into my room. I was never so confused and annoyed in all my life. I mentioned to an employee of your hotel (won't mention any name) how upset I was about this and also the fact that I would soon be 80 years old and we didn't grow up with these phones or computers and the personal aspect of greeting your clients was gone, and that was very upsetting. As I spoke to this person, a stupid robot was running around cleaning the carpets and flours. I said to that person, it won't be long before you are replaced and AI will take over. The persons reply was this - word for word "You are absolutely right Madame and I am so sorry about that. Do you know what that is called Mame, its called "Corporate Greed" and I agree 100% When we went the next morning to order some breakfast - go to the computor and order your food, get a number, wait to be called, pay an exsorbent amount of money - no waitress, no personal touch anymore. Disappointed.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport. It was also in walking distance to the event we were going to which is the American music awards at the MGM. The connecting tunnels from one hotel to the next aloud for seamless movement for my overnight day. The gym was also perfect. they conveniently allow you to hang out at the pool after check out as well, which worked perfectly for my flight

As soon as you walk in, they bombard you with sending you off to try to get you to sign up for free shows but it's not all free. Let everyone get checked in and situated before you bombard them. Other than that, the experience was great.

Was ok but check in was a hassle also at the pool I got a cabana but behold in front of me was 8 really big girls blocking the pool view and blocking the e pool steps from everyone and none of the staff fixed that problem. So for me me it was gross and was a waist of time at pool
