The room had a long strip of mold above the window. As well as the AC made a very loud sound, making it hard to sleep or relax.

La habitación impecable todo muy bien, soy nuevo en esto de vacacionar en hoteles así pero el personal muy amable me ayudó entender muchas cosas, otras cosas se me hicieron confusas como el parking que tenía que tener la llave para entrar al parking del resort y un empleado me recomendó conservar una llave para salir del parking antes de las 11:00am y se hacía check out automático muy amable el empleado 👍
