"Our stay at the Ocean Riviera Paradise was great! The resort itself was well maintained, and I liked the feel and set up of the place. The staff was great, and the dining experiences were good. I would say what made our trip exceptional was our butler Alan! He definitely went above and beyond! Any requests that we had he took care of, and always just checking in to make sure we were always ok. That was greatly appreciated so definitely special shout out to Alan!"

"Cleaning staff was great, pool staff were rude and unpredictable some days they did food and drinks others just drinks, adults only whirlpool had kids in it all week, did the timeshare meeting and once we said no to the third guy he because super standoffish, kid friendly they say but it’s a bunch of grumpy elderly people that cannot mind their own business "

Oftentimes, when a problem or question arose, you would be sent to someone else. It was also very difficult to book dinners on the app, however the buffet had plenty of food. Overall, average service with potential to be good! "
