"This resort was beautiful! They upgraded our rooms to swim out rooms because we booked with Expedia. We loved the swim out rooms! The food was delicious. The property was beautiful and clean. The staff was competent and friendly. It's a fairly long property from one end to the other but they have a little open shuttle train and it's a beautiful walk so it wasn't too bad. The beach in the whole area has seaweed, but we enjoyed the resort and the other activities like the cenotes, the ruins, and the Xplor water park."

"Everything was actually pretty great, except their dinner reservation part. We were there 5 nights and barely got in two dinners and that was only because I checked all the time for dinners. Ocean is as bad as I’ve ever seen. It honestly looked like there was baby poop in it and it stink. If you are going from beach and ocean this is not the place for you. Place was clean and staff were friendly."
