It was a nice condo feeling. We had a bunk bed in children room and kids had a blast. Kitchen and utensils were very functional and microwave was handy. Walmart us a block away and convenient. Will definitely come again.

The appartment was in a fantastic location, above the best taco place in Playa, El fagon. The reception staff spoke great english and were very helpful. Kitchen well equipped with a blender a great addition. Would stay here again for sure. Also across the road from wallmart.

The modernity and spaciousness, a great base for day trips to beaches, Cozumel, cancun or Tulum. The top quality ADO bus terminal is 3 blocks away. Walmart is 1 block from hotel. The English speaking front desk went beyond in assistance. Taxis are professional and plentiful. Value was exceptional at this studio hotel.

Great location, I would stay here again.

This little studio was perfect for my daughter and I. Close to everything. Right beside a fabulous local taco place, across the street from Walmart for groceries, short walk to the beach and Quinta Avenida. Amenities could have been a better, there was a bit of a language barrier with the host, I asked for face cloths and was given hand towels, ended up buying some at Walmart. Not much for cooking utensils & pans, but made do. Our room was facing the street which was a little loud at night, but to me that was part of the local experience. Live music from the restaurant next door. This place was a great location and had everything we needed, and was reasonably priced too. Nothing fancy but I would definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean and the location was great! Right across the street from a. Walmart . Plenty dinning and stores, just a few blocks from the beach. The building it 5 stories and there is no elevator. The front desks guy is from Poland and super nice and helpful and offered to take my things upstairs. He does speak very good English and Spanish . Building very secure.

Great birthday family get away

We enjoyed our stay! It was a family ladies trip with my twin daughter’s birthday. The room was great it had a bunk bed for twins and king bed for me. It had a full kitchen that was well stocked and enough room for my husband and sons to visit for a few hours to bring gifts. Monica was great with customer service. She was very kind and accommodating. Great location! We went to the Columbian restaurant across the street. Walmart is kitty corner. A karaoke bar is 1 block away and on the weekend there is an outdoor market with live performances 2 blocks away. The beach is 4 or 5 blocks a way. Great shopping and restaurants near by

It wasnot bad hotel Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were in good condition. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone , the noice was horrible. The hotel is located on a very loud street We couldnot sleep at all for two weeks. Morning , night and evening there was constant noice. Pro's: 1) Staff are VERY friendly 2) Rooms are clean (and recleaned regularly) 3) A block from Walmart 4) Fairly short walk to 5th Ave. (Tourist street) 5) Budget friendly 6) Kitchen area makes it super easy to make a quick breakfast/lunch and eat with family. Con's: 1) Lobby could use a coat of paint / lighting. (Semi dark entry area, paint peeling on walls - To clarify this is ONLY the lobby, rooms are great). 2) Not very handicap accessible. (More so putting this here as a heads-up if anyone needs). 3) Bathrooms have a small (close to ceiling) window facing into the hallway of the building (for ventilation).

Check in was pretty easy except their debit card machine was down so I had to pay the second day I was there. 4/5 if you know what to expect as far as location, amenities, etc. If you aren’t aware of the location, amenities, etc I’d grade a 3.5/5. Only complaint about the room would be shower pressure was abysmal. Nice room, clean, and good amenities. Rooms come with a fridge, electric cook top, sink, microwave. 1 block away from a Walmart, about a 10 minute walk to the heart of the strip, and next door is a revered restaurant for authentic Mexican food. Overall, definitely would stay again for the price.

In general, the property covers what is offered very well, however, it is not friendly for the elderly or those with disabilities. It does not have an elevator, instead there are many stairs that lack a railing. The Property Administration did not want to place us on the ground floor or lower floors.

Adoramos a hospedagem. Fica a 1 Km do terminal ADO e da praia e também a 1 km do Chedraui que é de onde saem os Colectivos para Tulum e Cancun. Ao lado tem um mercado Walmart e restaurantes. O quarto é excelente, tudo funciona, ótimo chuveiro, cama confortável e ar condicionado. Na cozinha dá para fazer café da manhã e lanches rápidos. Os funcionários são atenciosos e a comunicação foi ótima. Na rua do hotel também dá para pegar Colectivos que se movimentam dentro de Playa del Carmen. Com certeza voltaríamos a ficar aqui
