Absolutely enjoyed our time at Iberostar. Food was excellent with several options to choose from. There was a wide range of activities that engaged our teenagers along with plenty of time to enjoy the beach. Staff was exceptional. Join the different contests for a chance to be recognized before the start of the evening performances. We are looking forward to enjoying more time at Iberostar Waves Cozumel.

Everything was amazing! The only thing is the rooms are not soundproof so you can hear your neighbour next door. We had very noisy neighbours that will come at 2am in the morning and woke us up.

Resort is set in a lush jungle-like swtting with rooms in small buildings (4 rooms per building). Nice comfortable rooms in good condition and clean. Good food at restaurants and good selection at buffets. Usually a special lunch served by the beach/pools. Good beach with some shade if you want it. Activities for adults and kids daily and nightly shows were ok. Downsides - sewage smell near area where nightly shows held; we were subjected to a sales pitch upon arrival; little to no hot water in showers - fairly minor items overall.
