“Excellent, family friendly hotel!”
The Customer service at this Hotel is second to none!! Always friendly helpful staff. Great location near shopping, eateries and shopping. I will stay at this hotel every time I go to Raleigh.

Excellent Hotel with a friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms with very comfortable beds. Room service is excellent, with a great selection.

We had a great time while in NC, and everything was so close to the hotel. The park with the train was the best part.

Quick check in and out. Courteous staff-very helpful. Great central location for Raleigh-Durham area. Good shopping and restaurants just across the street at Crabtree Valley Mall.
“A very helpful management team who helped me out”
As mentioned above I screwed up the reservation but the desk clerk who happened to be the GM filling in found me a room at the Expedia rate. He also helped me connect with the accountant on the possibility of a refund. We found the hotel to be very nice. One of the nicest Holiday Inns we've used and we use a lot. The breakfast deal was a bargain. Food was good, service was great especially on Sunday when we needed to get an early start. The hostess opened the doors early and served us herself.

Super friendly staff,clean & quiet rooms. Helpful & knowlegable of the area. Restaurant great for breakfast. Just be sure the pool is open!
“What a find!”
The room was exceptional the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were more than impressed with the hotel and value for the price. Location right across the street from the most upscale mall in the area including the Cheese Cake Factory restaurant.
“Great Stay and a Great Value”
A good hotel for a short business stay. The entire staff were all very professional and courteous. The room was very comfortable and clean. The entire property was well maitained both inside and out. Although the restaurant food was average, the serving staff was excellent - top notch - very courteous and attentative. Rooms and halls were quiet - great sound insulation As a business oriented hotel, just wish they had a business convenience center with computer printers, fax machine, etc. and other amentities - a minor point - but worth looking into. Would defintiely stay here again and would very definitely recommend this hotel when staying in the Raleigh Area
